1. Acceptance By using DownMagic (downmagic.com) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use You may use the service only for content you own, have permission to process, or that is licensed to allow downloading and conversion. By submitting a link or a file you confirm that you hold those rights. We do not check this and have no way of checking it for you, so the responsibility is entirely yours.

3. Prohibited use You must not use the service to infringe copyright or other rights; to bypass DRM or technical protection measures; to access private, restricted, age-gated or paywalled content without authorization; to upload malware; or to overload, probe or disrupt the service. We do not provide those capabilities.

4. Availability and changes The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Third-party platforms and formats may stop working at any time when providers change their systems, and features may change or be removed. Some sources are handled indirectly. For a music link we read only the track's public information, such as title and cover art, and then look that track up on a public video platform, from which the audio is obtained. We never access the protected streams of a music service and we do not bypass DRM, so the result is a best match and may not always be the exact recording you expected.

5. Rate limiting and abuse We may rate-limit, throttle, or temporarily block use that appears abusive or automated.

6. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, DownMagic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use downloaded or converted content.

7. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (European Union), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
